Vinyasa Yoga Class Schedule over the Christmas break – Mon 19th December to Monday 9th January
Hi everyone!
The current pre-paid block finishes this Saturday 17th December. All prepaid classes must be taken by this date and can not be carried forward to the period over Christmas or into 2017. The Saturday morning class this weekend of 17th December is at the later time of 11.15am – 12.45pm and is in aid of Focus Ireland. It is a donation based class. All donations however small will be gratefully received by Focus Ireland.
Thank you all for your ongoing commitment to your practice and to our classes at The Ananta Yoga Studios throughout 2016. It has been quite a year and I can safely say we all seem to have settled in to our lovely new space at No 5, Wentworth Place, Wicklow Town. We look forward greatly to our continued yoga journey together in 2017 and I am excited about all the plans for lots of great workshops and classes we have in the pipeline for the New Year!
While it is always a good idea to take a break and have some well deserved rest and family time over the festive season – we also know that it is easy to fall away from the practice and become sluggish and low from the inevitable over indulgence and often exhausting socialising that is part of this busy period each year. So while we will be taking a decent break to recharge for 2017 we are running the following classes to keep everyone ticking over if you feel you would like to take a class or two.
Gift vouchers for Yoga classes are available right up to Christmas Eve and make a wonderful gift for your loved ones!

Please note — Booking for the following classes is essential. Each class will run only if a minimum number of students have booked 24 hours in advance. All class fees are at the drop in rate of €12. All classes are mixed level – Beginners welcome!
