Beginners / Physio Pilates – beginners level Pilates class suitable for those people who have not done Pilates before or who are recovering postnatally, post injury or surgery, or who may have specific issues with their pelvic floor.
This beginners level class will focus on the basic principles of Pilates, postural awareness and reeducation, strengthening and release exercises for muscle balance with individual modifications as needed.
Maximum of 10 people in each class. Individual and small group sessions are also available by prior arrangement.
