Join Ellen Shilling and Dani Sheil at The Ananta Yoga Studio, The Tap, Kilbride, Co. Wicklow for a one day mid-week workshop of Mindfulness, Meditation and Yoga on Wednesday 12th March, 2014.
A Mindfulness, Meditation and Yoga one day Workshop
When – Wednesday 12th of March 10am until 5pm
What – We will be practicing mindfulness, exploring what it is and how to use it to enhance everything in your life. From coping with stress to healing relationships, living mindfulness is a truly liberating experience and has to be experienced in order to be believed. We will also learn about meditation and will be led through 3 deeply healing and relaxing meditations that will help to develop a more positive perspective and relaxed approach to life. This will be complemented by Yoga postures and breathing exercises. As we move mindfully through yoga postures we notice how our mind fluctuates and by cultivating mindfulness we can unite the postures with breath and create stillness.
