Liz Richards – (086)8963425
Liz Richards is the founder of The Ananta Yoga Studios and a registered SYT (Senior Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance Professionals UK with over 1000 training hours behind her. She has been teaching Yoga full time since 2009. She teaches Classical Yoga using the Vinyasa Krama system and Hatha Yoga principles for all levels from Beginners – Advanced students and her teaching is firmly rooted in the lineage of Krishnamacharya.

Louise’s introduction to yoga came at a youthful age with yoginis Mum and older sister in the home. During her early working life, Louise went to classes in local gyms and only acknowledged the physical benefits of yoga. It was not until her move to Ireland in 2008 that Louise began to explore yoga inside the body – triggering an awareness and experience of the connection between mind and body through breath.

Maxine has been practising yoga since 2008, when she initially came to yoga as a pro-active approach to injury prevention while engaging in other activities such as cycling and long distance running.
Her journey began with the practice of Ashtanga Yoga. A year later she was introduced to Vinyasa Flow and immediately connected with this style where asanas are connected through the breath for a transformative and balancing effect
Mark Kinghan – (087) 2217783
Mark Kinghan began his journey of self enquiry and study of spiritual practices in the early 80’s with the practice of Aikido and Qi gong. He became immersed in Buddhism and completed his first Vipassana course in 1984.
Mark also commenced studies in Acupuncture in the 80’s and qualified with The Acupuncture Foundation of Ireland in 1990 continuing on to complete his Acupuncture Clinical Training in Nanjing China.

Dr Rajvinder Kaur offers Ayurvedic Consultations by appointment at The Ananta Yoga Studios, Wicklow
Dr Rajvinder Kaur BAMS attained her Bachelor Degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery from “Shri Krishna Government Ayurvedic College” in the state of Haryana in India. This is a six year degree course covering all aspects of Ayurvedic Medicine.
She also has a diploma in Naturopathi and Yoga science and is a qualified Yoga teacher.

Dr Donn Brennan

Dr Donn Brennan was one of the first western medical doctors to train in India in Ayurveda and has also completed an MSc in Ayurveda in Middlesex University, London. He qualified in medicine in 1979 at UCD and then as a G.P.
