Vinyasa Yoga Class Timetable from Monday 18th July until further notice!

 

Dear Yogis,

 

I hope this finds you well and that you are enjoying the longer days and glimpses of sunshine we are getting!

 

As we move further into the summer months the Vinyasa Yoga weekly class schedule will be as follows until further notice.  Any changes or updates will appear on the facebook page anantayogawicklow or on the website www.anantayogastudio.com at bottom of the home page on right hand side under Yoga News & Blog. Regular students wil also be notified by text.  If you have subscribed to our mailing list and newsletter (link for this is also on website home page – top right corner), any news or blogs will be fed directly by email to you on Thursdays at 11am.

 

May I remind ALL students that booking by text for classes each week is essential in the summer months & with enough notice as possible.  Classes will run only if a minimum of 4 students have booked in advance. All classes will continue to run on a drop in basis until September at the rate of €12 per class and €10 for subsequent classes taken in the same week – ie Monday – Saturday.

6.40 – 8.00pm (Beginners & Improvers)

8.10 – 9.40pm (Level 2-3) – definitely not suitable for beginners.

10am-11.30am (Mixed Level-Beginners welcome)

 

Wednesdays
8pm – 9.30pm (Level 1-2)

 

Thursdays
10am-11.30am (Mixed level -Beginners welcome)

 

Saturdays
10am-11.30am (Mixed level-Beginners welcome).
Please note –  Sat morning class on 16th July will be at the slightly later time of 11.30am – 1pm and occasionally this class will be taught by Louise Curran.

Towards the end of July there will be another update re class schedule for August.  We are delighted to have Dave Curtis with us for four weeks in August.  Dave will be teaching two Shadow Yoga classes each week for four weeks from Monday 8th August on Monday evenings 7.30pm – 8.30pm and Wednesday mornings 10am – 11am.  Four classes €60 or if doing less the drop in rate of €16 applies.

 

These classes will back up the work covered so far in the four Shadow Yoga workshops which have taken place in the last few months – and prepare students to move forwards in the upcoming September & November Shadow Yoga weekends.  New material will not be taught until September.  If these classes in August are of interest please contact me asap on 086 8963425 as both are almost full. It is possible to mix and match Mondays and Wednesdays to fit in with your schedule but recommended to do a minimum of four. Priority for spaces will be given to those who are attending four minimum.   If you missed out on the Intro workshops but would like to explore this way of practicing – it is fine to come to the August classes but recommended to do a course of four as dropping in and out may prove frustrating.
