Yoga for Runners & Athletes – Info and updates re Friday night class dates for April and May.
Hi everyone.
Due to the many weekend workshops and trainings taking place in The Ananta Yoga Studios Wicklow throughout April and May, it is proving difficult to organise a block of consecutive Yoga for Runners & Athletes classes.
I have decided to run a four week block of classes with a sports focus on the following four Fridays – There will be no class on Friday 15th April.
All classes below are at the usual time of 7.30pm – 9.00pm
Friday 8th April
Friday 22nd April
Friday 29th April
Friday 6th May
Cost – €50 for four classes
This course will only run if a minimum of 8 students can commit to the four classes. If you would like to attend but have to miss a Friday then it will be possible to make up missed classes in another of my classes throughout the main six week term which ends on Friday 13th May. We will then see if there are enough students who wish to continue this class into the summer months or if we will take a break until September.
